The Discovery 360 focus group gathers critical input from key members of your network all at once. Working with people from roles you've held—board positions, project management and leadership roles, community service work—helps you gather the feedback you need in one session while developing a community among your trusted advisers.
You select the people you trust who are willing to provide candid feedback. To get the most value, come prepared to be open and ready to learn as you listen to rave reviews and constructive feedback.
Expect this process to give you lots of information and areas for personal and professional development. I'll coach you as you make decisions, prepare to meet with the group, and prepare to take action based on the feedback you receive.
How it works
Set the stage
To prepare for the event, here's what we'll do:
Meet with your trusted advisers
We'll spend 60-90 minutes with the participants as they share their observations about your effectiveness in different environments. You'll learn about your hallmark talents and the challenges hold you back.
Together, we'll review the feedback, synthesize what you've learned and identify your action steps.
